The apartment is perfect for anyone who is looking for an inexpensive way of experiencing the local climate and life style while enjoying a comfortable vacation, just what we were looking for. The appartment is a five minute walk to the beach, located on a quiet and serene street, in between two main roads offering your dinning, shopping and entertainment needs. The apartment itself was clean, cute and has everything you need. The large paintings against white walls, hard wood floors, and a white leather couch created a warm and homey atmosphere. We stayed at 52 Roscoe Street in Bondi for two weeks in October 2009. We loved our stay there. The unit was clean and well stocked, though we didn't end up doing much cooking. The location is a couple of blocks from the beach and there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within easy reach. There are plenty of public transportation options close by so we took the bus as often as we drove. Having the extra bedroom was a great advantage even though there were only the two of us ... it became my snoring cave. Dorin and Stan were great to deal with through the booking process and they even got a parking permit for us. We'd stay there again in a heart beat. ~ Gerry, October 2009
