FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How close is the apartment to the beach and cafes?
A: The beach is less than 500 meters from the front door, and the main strip of shops and cafes along Bondi's famous Campbell Parade is approximately 300 meters away. The apartment is also conveniently situated in the heart of Bondi's cafe hub.


Q: Is the courtyard available for both apartments?
A: Yes, the courtyard, including the outdoor dining furniture and sun bench, clothes lines and garden, are available for the use and enjoyment of all the residents in the building. There are only 12 apartments in the block, so it doesnt get crowded, but is a great place to make new friends from the building.


Q: Do you provide linen and towels, and do we have to wash them before we check out?
A: Yes, we do provide linen and towels. You are welcome to wash these items throughout your stay, but they dont need to be washed prior to your departure - we will do this for you.


Q: Do you provide a regular cleaning service?
A: There is already a departure cleaning fee that covers the professional cleaning of the apartment after you check out, but additionally, we can arrange a cleaner to come to the apartment for you throughout your stay.


Q: Is parking available?
A: Parking is available on the street. There are no designated spaces, but we can organise a parking permit for you so that you only have to pay once for the permit, and then have access to unlimited parking. Parking permits can only be issued between Monday and Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Please ask about parking when you make your booking.


Q: Are DVDs available in the apartment?
A: Included with your booking is the use of the apartment's Blockbuster membership card, which you can use to rent as many DVDs as you like from the nearby Blockbuster outlet.


Q: Is a cot available for a baby?
A: Yes, we do have a travel cot available on request, which can be added to your booking.


Q: Can I check in early or check out late?
A: We will try to accommodate you if the apartment is free prior to your arrival, or empty after your departure, however to avoid complications, please let us know in advance so that we can determine the flexibility of the check-in/check-out times.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept direct debit/telegraphic transfer into our account (international transfers accepted) and paypal. We are soon going to offer bpay payments as well.


Q: When will my booking be confirmed?
A: Once we receive your signed booking form which includes our terms and conditions, together with the deposit for your stay as specified in the form, your reservation will be confirmed, and no other booking requests will be accepted for the period which has been confirmed for you.
