Q: How close is the apartment to the beach and cafes?
A: The beach is less than 500 meters from the front door of our Roscoe Street apartments, and approximately 650 meters from our O'Donnell Street apartment. The main strip of shops and cafes along Bondi's famous Campbell Parade is approximately 300 meters away from Roscoe, and 600 meters from O'Donnell. Roscoe Street apartments are also conveniently situated in the heart of Bondi's cafe hub, while O'Donnell Street apartments are close to famous North Bondi surf life saving club and award winning Restaurants (North Bondi Italian and Sean's Panorama).
Q: How many people can you accommodate?
A: Our Roscoe Street apartments are identical in size and layout, and both can accommodate up to 3 adults only. Our O'Donnell Street apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children) plus a toddler.
Q: Is the courtyard (Roscoe Street) available for both apartments?
A: Yes, the courtyard, including the outdoor dining furniture and sun bench, clothes lines and garden, are available for the use and enjoyment of all the residents in the building. There are only 12 apartments in the block, so it doesnt get crowded, but is a great place to make new friends from the building.
Q: Do you provide linen and towels, and do we have to wash them before we check out?
A: Yes, we do provide linen and towels. You are welcome to wash these items throughout your stay, but they dont need to be washed prior to your departure - we will do this for you.
Q: Do you provide a regular cleaning service?
A: There is already a departure cleaning fee that covers the professional cleaning of the apartment after you check out, but additionally, we can arrange a cleaner to come to the apartment for you throughout your stay.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Free street parking is available for Apartment 2. Apartments 3, 5 and 7 have metered parking on the street outside.
Q: Is a cot and high-chair available for a baby?
A: Yes, we do have a travel cot and a high chair available on request, which can be added to your booking.
Q: What is the procedure for collecting and dropping off keys?
A: You will meet either ourselves or the cleaner at the designated time to pick the keys up. Of you are checking in late, the keys will be available in the mailbox (accessed by a security code which we can provide to you). When you check outplease leave the keys in the apartment ontop of the dining table (and internet key if applicable).
Q: Can I check in early or check out late?
A: We will try to accommodate you if the apartment is free prior to your arrival, or empty after your departure, however to avoid complications, please let us know in advance so that we can determine the flexibility of the check-in/check-out times.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept direct debit/telegraphic transfer into our account (international transfers accepted) and paypal. We do not accept cash on arrival.
Q: When will my booking be confirmed?
A: Once we receive your completed booking form which includes our terms and conditions, together with the deposit for your stay as specified in the form, your reservation will be confirmed, and no other booking requests will be accepted for the period which has been confirmed for you.
