To make your stay more convenient and comfortable, we offer additional services, which you can add on top of the standard rental inclusions. These are:
* Mobile Phone with unlimited calls to any mobile within Australia = AUD $250 per booking
* Wireless Broadband Internet with up to 2 GB download limit = AUD $100 per booking
* Temporary Parking Permit with unlimited street parking in our area = AUD $200 per car
* Travel Baby Cot hire installed before your arrival = AUD $100 per booking
* Professional Cleaning Service including change of linen and towels (4 hours) = AUD $100

You have several options that would allow you to have everything you need right at your fingertips when you arrive to the apartment, so that after a long flight to Sydney, you can eat, freshen up, relax at home, and be ready to enjoy Sydney and Bondi Beach. Please feel free to choose 1 or all 3 packages (alternatively, you can request specific items and we can give you a personalised quote).

We provide all our tenants with a Blockbuster rental card, which allows you to rent DVDs at our local Blockbuster store at your leisure throughout your stay. New Release DVDs are $7 per night. However, DVDs must be returned on time to avoid late penalties.
Alternatively, you can choose from our library of over 250 DVDs and these will be waiting for you at the apartment when you arrive. The cost of the rental is $6 per DVD for the duration of your stay. There are never any late penalties, and you don't have to leave the apartment to enjoy a night in with a DVD! For a complete list of DVDs, click here. Please note that all DVDs must be kept inside the apartment. Any damaged or lost DVDs will be charged out of the security bond.
