Our apartments are all located within easy walking distance from the beach, in quiet leafy streets. Our Roscoe Street apartments, both in a 3-storey Art-Deco apartment building, feature a common paved courtyard with outdoor seating, which is perfect for catching the morning sun and getting away from the afternoon heat. Our O'Donnell Street apartment, in a 2-storey Spanish Mission style building, sits infront of a charming park set at the end of a cul-de-sac, used by local residents.

Our stylish apartments are beautifully furnished and contain high quality inclusions such as very comfortable new mattresses, luxurious towels and linen, and brand new electrical appliances. We also offer a variety of extra services to make your stay more comfortable and unique.
